With the season coming to an end, there’s a bigger importance placed on making the right picks in fantasy football. This piece will look at the top 3 Chelsea players that you should have in your team for FPL gameweek 36 ahead of their clash with West Ham.
While he has been quieter than usual since returning from illness, there’s no doubt that Cole Plamer is still the team’s creative focal point. He is on a run of three competitive matches without a goal contribution but with 38 across all competitions this season, he’s sure to get back on track soon.
It hasn’t been the perfect season for Noni Madueke who spent long spells on the bench. The recent lack of attacking depth has pushed him into a starting role on the right wing and he has looked like a real bright spark.
Statistically, his numbers won’t breed confidence in FPL players but with the Blues coming up against the defensively resolute West Ham, Madueke is more likely to break them down than some of his teammates.
Despite moving into a deeper role to replace Enzo Fernandez, the Englishman has been contributing quite well offensively. After netting himself against Aston Villa he grabbed an assist against Tottenham Hotspur when his free kick was nodded home by Trevoh Chalobah.
Gallagher is a guaranteed starter who has outperformed his expected goals and assists number of eight with a total of 15 across all competitions. With the defense still inconsistent and Nicolas Jackson likely to struggle against the Irons’ backline there are few better options to round out this top three for FPL gameweek 36.
